About the Game Event

There is no time limit. We recommend that you set aside ample time to play the game. Please also take note of the theme park's general closing time. Game-wise, it is possible to come back on another day to continue playing the game where you left off. However, in terms of riding the attractions, both game tickets that either come with the One-Day Passport that allows you to ride unlimited rides, or the ticket with 3 Attraction Rides, are only valid for 1 day. (E.g. if you come back on another day, you can use the same game kit, but will need to pay for the rides you take.)

This game can be played by just 1 person, or together with friends!

In this game, players can pick a route or attraction (rides) of their choice.
Depending on the route you choose, additional costs outside of the event ticket price may apply.

Please understand that there are different age, height, and weight restrictions for different attractions.

Also, guardians should note that some puzzles may be too challenging for pre-elementary school children.

Although it is still possible to play the game in light rain, the organizers may decide to temporarily stop the game in harsh weather conditions (thunderstorms, typhoons etc). If you are unsure whether the game will run, please check the official website or inquire.

The puzzles in the game will remain the same throughout. It is possible to replay the game, but please be considerate to other first-time players.

For the English version of the game, the game experience, puzzles, prices, and game booths are different from the Japanese version.

On the Day

Please refrain from walking and solving puzzles at the same time. Also, please be aware of your surroundings and refrain from stopping abruptly.

Be careful of heatstrokes.

Please do not solve puzzles in areas that will inconvenience other guests.

This game requires you to walk around the theme park. Wear comfortable shoes to play the game.

About Tickets

Refunds are not possible after tickets have been purchased. If the game is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, please check the official website or inquire on how to get a refund.

Reselling of tickets is prohibited under any circumstances.

Children in elementary school and above will require a ticket. Pre-school children can enter free of charge only if they are accompanied by a guardian. However, if a pre-school child wants a game kit of their own, they will have to purchase a game ticket.

Children age 9 and below will require a guardian of at least age 13 in junior high school and above. The guardian will need to buy a game ticket as well.

Q：What kind of event is this?

A：This is a game event based on the world inside the "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE" movie. Real Escape Game is an entertainment game event where you solve clues and puzzles, and experience a story inside a different world.

Q：Will I be able to enjoy the game even if I don't know anything about the "ONE PIECE STAMPEDE" movie?

A：Of course! You will be able to enjoy the puzzles even if you don't know the story well. However, players who know the One Piece series will be able to appreciate the story better. This game is a collaboration with the One Piece movie, and we hope you have the chance to try the comic, anime, or movie.

Q：Can I participate even if I'm alone?

A：Of course. This game allows for participation from one person to many! Feel free to come with your friends too!

Q：Is there an age restriction?

A：No, but participants in elementary school and above will require an event ticket. Children aged 9 and below are to be accompanied by someone age 13 in junior high school and above. This is because of possible age and height restrictions depending on the attractions.
*A preschool child who wants a game kit will require a game ticket.
*The accompanying guardian will also require a game ticket.
*Education levels displayed are according to the Japanese education system.

Q：Can accompanying players/guardians participate without a ticket?

A：Unfortunately, without a ticket, players in elementary school and above will not be able to enter the game booths. However, for children under age 6, a ticket is not required unless they want a game kit of their own.

Q：Can children enjoy this event?

A：Of course! Children will be able to enjoy the same story as the adults.

Q：I’m afraid of fast rides and rides that go high. Will I need to take those rides?

A：Although there are some puzzles that require you to take certain rides to solve them, you are able to choose from a selection of puzzles and you do not have to solve all puzzles to move on to the next step. For players who are not good with scary rides, you can pick the rides/puzzles that are less scary. If there are no rides you can take, please talk to the staff about it and they will help you.

Q：Is there a time limit?

A：There is no time limit. Please take note of Tokyo Dome City Attractions park's general closing time regardless of when you sign in. The estimated play time is 1-3 hours. However, waiting time depends on the crowd situation.
The park's closing times are 22:00 for 27 Jul to 1 Sep, and 21:00 for 2 Sep to 23 Sep.
You will not be able to continue playing the game after the park closes.

Q：Can I play the game over a few days?

A：Yes. Game-wise, it is possible to come back on another day to continue playing the game where you left off. However, the "One-Day Passport" that allows you to ride unlimited rides, or the "Game Ticket with 3 Attraction Rides", are only valid for 1 day. Therefore, if you come back on another day, you can use the same game kit, but will need to pay for the rides you take. If you purchased "Ride 5" and have left over ride tickets, you can still use them on another day.

Q：Can I upload spoilers onto my blog or social media?

A：The contents of the game will stay the same throughout the entire event period. To ensure that other players fully enjoy the game, plesae do not upload answers or photos of the puzzles online on any digital platform. If your photo does not show any puzzle or any sort of spoiler, we encourage you to post them online and show how much fun you're having!

Q：Can I replay the game more than once?

A：You are allowed to the play the game again. However, the puzzles will be the same throughout. Please understand that and enjoy the game as you wish.

Q：Are there any cases where the game is cancelled?

A：The game will be cancelled if there is a storm or severe weather conditions. To get a refund for your ticket, please check the official website at that time for an announcement. Please note that if the game is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, we are unable to take responsibility for your transportation fee to the venue.

About Tickets

Q：Is there fixed seating or seat numbers?

A：This game does not require you to sit in a specific spot to solve puzzles. There is no need to get consecutive ticket numbers to play with your friends. However, please purchase the tickets together as a group.

Q：When are the sign-in times?

A：You can begin the game anytime between the game's sign-in hours (10:00-15:00 or 15:00-20:00. *15:00-19:00 from 2 Sep onwards). However, we expect it to be crowded around 10:00 and 15:00. If your schedule allows, we recommend coming after those timings.

Q：For 10:00-15:00, must we finish the game by 15:00?

A：10:00-15:00 refers to the sign-in time. As long as you sign in by 15:00, you can play the game until the theme park closes.
*Park closing time: 22:00 for 27 Jul to 1 Sep, and 21:00 for 2 Sep to 23 Sep.

Q：Where and from what time are tickets sold?

A：Tickets can be bought at the Attractions Ticket Counter and LaQua Ticket Counter from when the theme park opens.

Q：Can I get a refund if I lose my ticket?

A：Sorry, but we are unable to replace your lost ticket. Also, we are unable to proceess refunds for personal reasons. If the game is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, please check the official website or inquire on how to get a refund.

About the Venue

Q：Where is the sign-in reception counter?

A：Please come to the sign-in booth at the Viking Zone.

Q：Can I play if I'm in a wheelchair?

A：You may face some inconvenience when having to take the elevator or facing some ride restrictions. However, if you have a walking companion, it is possible to play the game! Please understand that there are times where the path is narrow and there are only stairs. If you are unable to take a ride, please talk to the staff and they will provide you with a hint.

Q：Can I take photos or videos in the park?

A：Yes, you can! Please follow the rules of each attraction regarding cellphones. However, please do not upload any photos of the puzzles or answers that will spoil the game for others. Also, no photos are allowed inside the game booths.

Q：Can we leave our bags somewhere?

A：There are coin lockers within Tokyo Dome City. Please check here for more details. We do not have cloak service for this game.

Q：Are there changing rooms?

A：There are no changing rooms, and there are no rules for your outfit to play this game. Please come in respectful clothing. Also, please refrain from changing clothes in the toilets or public spaces in Tokyo Dome City.

Q：Is there a carpark? Do you provide discounts for parking?

A：Although there are 3 carparks within Tokyo Dome City, there is limited space. We recommend coming by public transportation if you can. Also, you can get a discounted parking ticket at 1,000 yen for 4 hours from the Attractions Ticket Counter by showing your game ticket or game kit.
*The discounted parking ticket is not available at the sign-in booth at the Viking Zone.
