About the Event
・ Not every group can successfully escape.
・ The answers will be given after the game.
・ Doors will open 10-15 mins before each session.
・ Please arrive 10 mins before your game begins. Please check the store's website for more details.
・ Due to the nature of the game, you may not be allowed to enter if you arrive late. We seek your understanding.
・ This is an escape game where a maximum of 6 players work together as a team.

About Tickets
・ High Season refers to periods such as Golden Week in May, Year end and New Years, Summer Holidays etc. Make sure you check the ticket prices carefully before buying them.
・ If Advanced Tickets are sold out online, there will be no On-the-day Tickets sold at the venue either. Book tickets or check availability on the store website.
・ The final number of participants through advanced booking for a particular time slot will only be known on the morning of the event.
・ Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children age 6 and under may join for free if accompanied by an adult.
・ Each ticket is only valid for the time printed or shown on the ticket.
・ No changes (such as date, time, refunds, changing ticket type etc.) can be made after tickets have been purchased. Make sure you check the details very carefully before making payment.

Regarding the Venue
・ Check the store's website for details such as parking, designated smoking areas, coin lockers etc.

Q: Do we have to buy 6 tickets to play?
A: No, you don't!
For example, if you purchase 2 tickets, you may end up playing together with up to 4 other people who bought English tickets to the same time slot.

Q: How long does the event last?
A: The whole experience that includes the event explaination and the game will take about 50-60 mins in total.

Q: I checked the ticket website, and there are no suitable times for me to play in English.
A: If you wish to play at a time different from those available on the website, please contact us here. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: Can children or non-English speaking people play?
A: Everyone can certainly enjoy this experience if they can read and write in English at a fourth grade level and higher.

Q: If only one person is booked, will the event be canceled?
A. Yes. Unfortunately, the game cannot run with only one participant. The minimum number is 2 players. If only one person is booked for a slot, that session will have to be canceled.

Q: Can I play this game multiple times?
A: The answers will be revealed at the end of your session, so we ask that you do not play it again, unless you purchase a Group Ticket.

Q: Can I upload spoilers onto my blog or social media?
A: Spoilers are prohibited for this game.
Do not upload answers or photos of the puzzles to your blog, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other platform.
Also, please be careful on the way out. Kindly note that future players may be in the area and please refrain from talking loudly about the game's contents.

Children of age 12 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of age 20 and older who is also participating.
